Decided to give the “call in, to go” ordering a shot, and can gladly say that’s the one and only time I’ll make that mistake. Not only did my phone host sound like a grump, he would continuously sigh after every order. Stating “is that it?” Don’t usually complain, considering I’ve worked fast food for 4 years, as well as being a manager a year and a half during. So I TOTALLY get it. But regardless of your day, a guest should always feel wanted. The tone of voice alone can change the whole experience, whether it be a worker or guest. Last of all, my food was around room tempature and my brownie did not come with vanilla ice cream, as the online ordering menu states.

Kitchen staff seemed like it had the odds stacked against them. Also slowing down the wait staff. Was 110° outside and was told the air conditioner was broken in the kitchen. In the end, the food was amazing and the waitress redeemed the rest of the store. Kitchen staff came out and made a personal apology for the unusually long wait. I'd be happy to go back next time we're in town.

I ordered Entress Express Famous Daves Bar B-Que It was the bomb !!!!! Love the rich flavor and tender meats. I had 2 sandwiches and wanted more !!!!

Ribs were a little dry but acceptable.  My salad was generous and had several ingredients in it.  Corn muffins were tasty but unfortunately a little too dark on the bottom.  Broccoli side was good.

We came by here after the Color Run with the kids and ordered the family sized BBQ verity deal. Sorry that I can't remember the name. LOL The food was all great and everyone left fool. They even packaged up our leftovers and I loved that we've got a Famous Dave's yellow fabric bag for them. :-)
