The food is delicious. Me and my group had great customer service. We were seated promptly and comfortably. The manager even came and thanked us for coming and made us feel welcome. My only concern was the price, but I don't go to upscale restaurants much. So I won't hold it against them.

Had to wait for a little while but once we were seated the service was excellent. The food was delicious and presentation was great. I had the steak, medium rare, cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy yet still had a touch of elegance. Overall very nice place for a date or a nice family dinner.

Worst experience I've had at Olive Garden. Went in for an early dinner at just after 4 PM to beat the big crowds and had to wait 25 minutes to be seated, lobby was full of unhappy people who were also stuck waiting. Then when finally seated waitress took forever to come and then never saw her again until she delivered my food (and the food was cold). Turns out all of this was caused by the manager not having enough staff on hand (by his own admission) when I brought it to him. My quick early bird dinner wound up taking over an hour and a half; I won't be going back there in the near future.
UPDATE- 12/28: When I left Olive Garden I was pissed at the whole experience and the manager's constant excuses only incensed me more. I wasn't looking to be placated or listen to excuses, I lodged my complaint and wanted to leave. Balancing my bank account a week later I noticed my balance was off. Backtracking, I discovered that the debit purchase I had made at Olive Garden had been reversed by (I can only assume) the manager. I did not ask for this, nor had I requested any other accommodations from the manager at the time of our discussion. So, I have to give the man credit for trying to make things right, and, being a positive ambassador both to the owner of the franchise and the company at large. It'll still be a while before I go back, but I'll try to do so with an open mind and no grudges. Kudo's to the manager

Quick service, and very friendly. My waitress really made sure everyone was happy even with our larger party. Not a bad wait time on our food either

I was pleasantly surprised to learn you could have salad and a great pasta dish of your choice for under $13!! A+ restaurant with great service and food. Classier than I thought.
