I went shopping at this store on March 3rd to purchase sneakers for my son. They did not have the sneakers he really wanted in his size so the cashier said he could order them to be shipped to our house within 3-5 days. We didn't really want to wait, but because he really like the shoes we placed the order anyway. 
On March 7th I received an email saying that due to lack of inventory they were cancelling my order and issuing me a refund by check. I called the phone number provided to me by the store to get a status on the refund and was told they just put in the request to process yesterday and because they are behind on refunds I won't receive my check back for 5 weeks!!!!!  This is unacceptable! They offered to email me a 20% off coupon to use on my next order. I told him to keep it. You are holding my money for 5 weeks and that would be the money I need to buy another pair of sneakers with.  He had nothing to say to me when I asked why the employees don't explain that if the order cannot be fulfilled that a refund would be issued by check ONLY and would take 5 weeks?!  Famous Footwear will not be a store I visit again.

Nice place not much to say it's a famous footwear .1 girl that works there Nichole  was a pleasure to work with. She took care of us quickly and helped beyond our expectations way to go Nichole
