I am absolutely disgusted!!! I purchase all my shoes here and I will NEVER shop here again after my experience today. I purchased some shoes for my boyfriend for Christmas who travels frequently, we exceeded Aldo's return policy, the shoes were too small and they didn't have them in the correct size in any of the colors either. My boyfriend couldn't find any other shoes here that he liked as much. They told us that they couldn't be shipped, they couldn't give us a refund and they couldn't give us a gift card at the time. The associate called the manager who apparently also couldn't help us then the associate threw the receipts in the box and slammed it shut and told us she couldn't help us. They expect us to come in every couple weeks to check to see if the shoes are available!? I have NEVER been treated so poorly and will NEVER EVER shop here again and I will tell everyone that I know that shops here about my horrible experience. I will now be purchasing my shoes at Nordstrom where they how to treat and respect their customers.

Do not go to this location. All they know is to push sales down your throat but not to help with anything else. I walked in and wanted to make a return for a show we my wife bought online. The kid who was very rude wouldn’t want to even speak with me since my name wasn’t on the receipt. My wife then came who was next door at another store, but she actually forgot her wallet at home and this kid wouldn’t want to even speak with us without her ID. 
They make a great product but I guess people working in this location has no clue what “ customer service “ is. The 2.5 on google actually shows how they treat their customers. 
Do not ever go to this location ....

If I can give them 0 star, that will be ideal.
This kid working there on Tuesday afternoon has such an attitude and no skills to deal with customers at all. They only want to help you when you want to buy something. I had a return to make and he was treating me like I did something wrong. Very rude
Go to some other location, they may treat you better

The worst customer service. Aldo’s needs to do better job in hiring the right crew. Kid working on Tuesday was absolutely very rude and had no communication skills.
Go else where where they treat people right after they made the sale

I went in here looking for a pair of men's boots when the weather started getting colder. I asked the sales associate if they were waterproof, she said no, but they were "water resistant" and with an extra treatment they sell they would basically be waterproof. Okay. I spent $170+ on the boots and treatment expecting them to be the best pair I've ever bought. Absolutely dead wrong.

The boots were uncomfortable, the soles were thin as paper, and they leaked constantly even on just damp days. I worked mostly indoors but occasionally would be outdoors and these boots couldn't deal with even damp grass. The worst money I have ever spent on any kind of clothing item. Do yourself a favor and pick up a real pair of shoes or boots. I got a pair of Columbias that were half the price, are waterproof, more comfortable, and have lasted a lot longer.
