I've been running for about 27 years now and before going to new balance store in Avon, I didn't believe that someone could teach me anything new about the way a running shoe works and what it can do for me. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You'll be amazed how much knowledge and how helpful the guys working here are. 
I was actually sent here by my orthopedist because I've been having some trouble with my IT band and Jeff did a great job helping me out. Thanks guys

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, Gertrude. She doesn't use a computer but really wanted to say thank you because she called the store at least 6 times today with questions and spoke to the store manager Gino. She  was very impressed with how patient Gino was with her each time she called and she will be in to get fitted for new shoes as soon as she can arrange transportation.

Company seems like they don't want curvy types representing the company. My friend who is curvy interviewed for a job and has a lot of retail and customer service skills.  She wasn't hired. In doing follow ups seems like manager was telling lies saying hiring was on hold- in the meantime she calls the store and is told their hiring ( seems like she was being lied to and discriminated for being like a size 12 and not a bony size 2 ) nobody should be treated like that. I'm no longer doing business with NB

This store and team was amazing. So helpful and willing to do whatever would be best for me and my feet. 
Will never go back to the mall stores. 
Definitely recommend.
