TERRIBLE MANAGER!! Please someone hear this!!!! 

This place has nice shoes collection but terrible manager. We were trying shoes and we made a mess. I will be honest about that but we were still trying and they kept coming and put the shoes away. We finally decided what We want to buy which is 4 pair of shoes. We could not find our shoes, old one. We first thought they maybe put our shoes away accidently. I asked the manager and she Said if you make a mess you cannot find your shoes. I have no idea where your shoe is, but only one of them is missing. She clearly put our shoe back somewhere we never went and she did not help us at all. She kept saying you made a mess it is your fault. That make me think she put our shoe there intentionally. She kept staring at us in a very rude way. She is definitely racist because my mom was wearing a hicab. I have never seen this kind of customer service anywhere in here. She does not deserve to be manager because she is not that patient and nice. Her name is Kelly or something like that. I wish we do not see that kind of person in our life and in service industry.

Absolutely dissatisfied. My mom has visited this place to buy shoes and a manager called Kelly followed her on every isle with a very unpleasant face  like she is disgusted or something. My mom felt so bad and humiliated. She is visiting me and has a very limited English hence she could not argue or asked why she is acting like that. When I come home, she was very upset and sad because of that manager. This is pure discrimination and I feel so sad that this is how she will remember Portland.

Really not happy with your associate manager, Kelly. She decided to follow me down every isle for the entire duration of my visit today. When I realized this is what she was doing I almost left but decided to keep looking. I find it extremely rude to watch me like a vulture when I have done nothing wrong or suspicious. I was literally looking at sandals and it made me extremely uncomfortable to have your employee watching my every move. Next time I'll go to another shoe ware store where I can have some privacy while trying on shoes.

Just bought boots. I'm guessing these people complaining about the employees, were acting uncivil themselves and expect the employees to just stand there and take it with a smile. I thought they were friendly.

Very good selection. Prices are average, which is fine. The place isn't advertising itself as a bargain-basement discount store.

Also, it sucks if your shoes fell apart after two weeks, but the store didn't manufacture them. Do you really expect them to take back scuffed-up shoes that they can't resell?
