We went there to get shoes for our kid. There was only one staff member there and 2 others came in while we were being helped, but we still had decent service nonetheless. They performed a quick treadmill gait analysis to ensure the right kind of shoe.

Very helpful people. But they need to price match. Otherwise very expensive shoes compared to other online retailers. Guess that's the problem many stores are facing.
