I got the haircut for free because I donated to locks of love, and it was a decent haircut, even though I didn't work know what I wanted. I also got a coloring. I guess I didn't explain it right the first time, because it came out with almost no coloring, so we had to try again and I had to pay for toner both times, instead of just once. It came out great the second time. I feel like my stylist didn't communicate with me, like she would leave while my hair was getting colored, and I didn't know when she would come back, and she kinda assumed she knew what I wanted, so I assumed that, too. She was pretty amiable, and a nice person. If I had been more outspoken and been more experienced in getting a haircut/asking for what I want,I probably wouldn't have had a problem. I also asked for the WiFi password and didn't get it, so it was a boring few hours.

Great place for a cheap haircut. My boyfriend could have his mom cut it, but he prefers these guys becuase they listen to wants. Only $15 for a men's haircut? Can't complain!!

The stylists here are good, and a few are great, if you're lucky enough to get them. I have never left with a bad hair cut, however, some of the stylists are incredibly slow, even if you're just getting a trim. I wouldn't really recommend them for adult cuts.
However, they are great for kids cuts. I even take my two sensory kids there and they love it!

Stood at the front counter for a while no one noticing I was there. Finally called the stores phone number and called. Got a response and was told it would be a 45-50 minute wait. The wait for this store use to be a consistant 5-10 minutes. I left.

Naomi gives me the best cuts ever.  I keep my hair short and it never has that "head in a bowl" look.  She blends lengths perfectly.
