Was told the wait was an hour and a half. (building nearly empty) The clerk explained that everyone on the list had left, but they had to honor everyone's place in line. (I can accept that) Gradually, some new people not on the list trickled in and were helped almost immediately. I'm noticing as I look around at the others who are waiting with me... we're all a little darker than everyone else. I've decided I don't need a haircut bad enough to put up with this. And these people must have an unending stream of money to be able to treat customers like this.

Love this salon!!  I have gotten my hair done here twice and both times I have had the best experience.  Not long waits and both girls who did my hair are awesome!!  All the stylists here are very friendly!!  Definitely would recommend this salon to my friends!!

My teenager has always been picky about his hair. We've been going to fantastic Sam's for over a year now and they have always done a good job, but we got placed with Wyatt and my son won't go to anyone else. He spends extra time getting the cut right not just hurrying through to the next client.

My daughter loves going here to get her hair cut. The staff is always very kind to her and gives a her a cute hair cut. I get my hair cut here as well, and I appreciate that at busy times (like Saturday mornings), they have LOTS of employees there so you still don't have a super long wait.

Horrible!!! I went for a trim since my hair is medium length the guy messed up so bad I had to shave it all! I don't know about cutting hair but anybody could tell he didn't have a clue what he was doing! if you are a man with military short hair you might be fine because all they do is use the clippers and shave!!! but I know of some guys that they even do it themselves in me mirror! but if you go expecting to have certain style done that requires techniques and knowledge prepare to have your hair chopped! I will never even walk close to that place!!! ah!!! something else!!! I told my friends what happened and few of them told me they had a really bad experience in this place too! by the way they never even apologize for what they did to me  I walked away really mad and as I was walking out they said "Thanks for coming in!!!" YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!
