DO NOT GO HERE FOR A DYE JOB. After I got my hair dyed purple they barely rinsed it out (my scalp was still purple) and now my bath tub is STAINED with Barneys blood. Not only that, after rinsing and shampooing SEVERAL times I got stains on my skin, my hands, and my fiancee after sleeping on him with DRY hair. I got chemical burns from the amount of rubbing alcohol I had to use just to get by. Seems they are more concerned with taking pictures for their social media gains, than actually taking care of their customer. Did not like having phones in my face without my consent. My hair is still purple for now, but the amount of dye I had to wash out is alarming. If you do go here, make sure they rinse out the dye super well. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I went here to get bangs, and I requested Laura because she had the best reviews. I was very specific about what I wanted and I showed her several pictures. Turns out, she doesn’t know how to cut hair. She got a chunk of my hair in the front and chopped it off, which left me looking like George Harrison. It is by far the worst haircut I have ever had. My hair looks so bad I’ve had to wear it clipped up all day because I don’t know what else to do. And I’m stuck with it for who knows how long. Do NOT go to Fantastic Sam’s, they are cheap and unprofessional. I have to put one star in order to publish this review, but even that seems like a high rating for this place.

Oh Dear Lord where do I start??!!!! I went in to get a hair cut and style and was met by an Asian lady with thick black eyeliner. Her name was Kim. I told her I wanted a Bob haircut with short layers in the back. She then proceeded to get out the clippers and shave the back of my head which I THEN SCREAMED!!!! She ruined my hair. The manager took over and finished my hair. This place is out of control. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!

I had a bad experience at first but the management is very sweet and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I will be returning here for future services.

This is one of the only salons that I have ever been to that doesnt have a revolving door of stylists. Every face is familiar and if there are new faces they always make sure to make us feel just as welcome as the rest. My entire family comes here for whatever service it may be. They always make sure to go above and beyond for us. They also have very great specials you should watch for! They are also a vegan friendly salon and make sure they have products that we can use. I highly recommend!
