Let me start by saying I am not a makeup expert. I walked into the store it was a little packed and I was nervous but I got the manager to help me find everything I needed to make my daily look efficient and effortless. Let me say she was wonderful she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Unlike other places u can get overwhelmed when it comes to new products and trying to find the right product for your skin type. I was very pleased this store is my go to now.

Too many floral perfumes, almost made me barf. Needs more vanilla based perfumes. But has lots of cosmetics to choose from. Plus, exchanging a item (of the wrong color for the right color) was super easy. And when I thought I'd left my phone in the store, an awesome staff member helped me search for it all over.

This Ulta is amazing! The people that work there are super helpful and nice. I went in looking for some skincare stuff, and they gave me excellent suggestions.

Less than impressed with this location and their staff. Every time I call I am placed on hold for long amounts of time and then I have to re-explain while I’m calling at least 3 times. 

I have been getting my eyebrows done at Ulta for the last 10 years and have not always had perfect service but I have always looked past this as I know things can get busy and stressful for them at times but today was the last straw. The brow girl screwed up my eyebrows so bad that they don’t even look close to the same. I just wanted to get them fixed and they are refusing to help and want me to repay to get them fixed. The girl I spoke to on the phone was less than friendly and even got attitude with me because I didn’t understand why she couldn’t tell me when I could get an appointment, as many of the other locations book appointments even when they don’t have a brow bar girl on staff. She basically said it wasn’t her job to book appointments for the brow bar. Sorry your “understaffed” as she put it but it doesn’t excuse poor customer service and that’s the same excuse I get every time I get bad service. At some point it’s not a true excuse but rather a lack of training to deal with customers or a lack of caring. Either way I’m done giving Ulta my money just to be treated like this. 

 Sorry but if I’m paying 21 for my eyebrows to be done they better be on point!

Everyone was helpful until i ask this one lady about a tube i can put my coconut oil in for travel and she acted like i was trying to use the coconut oil now. Very rude she didn’t look happy with her job. I will Not be back , i will just continue to go to the one in the highlands
