I went to this location at the last minute and Heather was my stylist.  She was amazing.  She listen to my request made a plan and executed it flausilee. My highlights look absolutely amazing as well as the trim.  She listen to my request and was excited about the results.  Kudos to such an amazing stylist not to mention that I have a lot of damage as a result to the last stylist and she advised me not to treat some of my hair due to the damage.  I am pretty particular about my hair and went to a high end salon for a few years and she has corrected some of the damage.  I will be sure to return every few months to ensure my hair is in good care...thank you Heather!!

I got my hair and my two daughters hair washed and styled.  The store has a nice vibe and my stylist,Coco was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt.  I drive from Durham to Cary and it is worth the trip

Horrible customer service.  I called on my way and they said the wait was short.  I told them I was coming with three people.  I showed up and they said they would be with me soon.  About 5 minutes later the phone rings.  The lady was unpleasant to the person on the other end.  When she hung up she asked about checking me in.  I told her at least 4 times during the check in process there were 3 of us.  Finally when she understood, she said we don't have time for you today.  I told her that when I called the other lady said to come on.  She then proceeded to instruct other stylists about how to properly respond to a customer in front of us and the other customers.  Very unprofessional.   At that point we left.

Simple cut at a reasonable price.  Wait times can be long depending upon day/time.  Some turn over of staff but overall pretty consistent.
