Jessie *Studio 36* is one to see if you are in need of color correction done. I walked in on Monday when door clearly states that this is a day that is appointments only, and she worked me in. I was thrilled as I had been wearing a hat for a week because of what happened to me. My hair was canary yellow with rings of brass around my head. It was hideous and I had done the night before I flew out for vacation. I considered myself lucky on taking the chance to see if there was anyone that could take an appointment and finding one that would. The color and cut were amazing. Glad she opened a slot for me so I could go back to work with awesome hair. Best service I have had. I will now be a loyal customer. To bad we did not take before and after pics because the transformation was stunning.

Nikki is amazing. She easily handled my bra step length natural 4c hair without tugging, without using harsh chemicals and without passing the flat iron more than twice in each section. I hadn’t flat iron my hair in years so it was very coarse and curly and she made it look effortless. My hair lasted 3 weeks in the NC heat with little maintenance. All I did was wrap it and oil the ends every night. Now my edges are fuzzing and I’ll be returning for another session!!

Loved Gospel! She did an awesome job on my hair but was also very fun to talk to and meet! Plan to go back from now on!

I found Gospel by reading the reviews of her salon on Yelp.  And I'm so glad I did!!  Gospel knows hair - more importantly, she took the time to listen to me about my hair.  She knows what she is doing!!  Gospel is a spirited, hard working business woman who absolutely loves what she does - thus the name of her studio.  I don't write reviews often but felt compelled to highly recommend Gospel to you if you are in dire need of a stylist who knows hair!!!  You won't be disappointed!!!

Thomas of Hair by Tew  is an outstanding hairstylist with many years of experience.  I  have been Thomas’s client for over 20 years and he always exceeds my expectations.  His cuts are impeccable and he has an eye for color.  He is really good at suggesting just the right color based on the client’s complexion and other factors. Thomas applies himself 100% each and every time and takes the time to create just the perfect result. He is very professional, always on time and always tries to accommodate me with scheduling appointments. Every appointment with Thomas boosts my self-confidence since he always manages to make me look my best.
