I had gotten a haircut here and had asked for a specific haircut and had shown a picture of what I wanted done. I however did not get a haircut even close to what I had wanted. The following day I went back to get it touched up on after calling the store and being told that I could get it redone for free. However when I got there, the hairdresser in question was very rude to me and said that he had done a perfect job and that anything changed would have to cost full price... Very unprofessional and rude.

I went this morning with my 4 year old I am new to town and had a coupon for a kids cut the lady acted like we were nobody's so the bill came to 8.99 I only have 1.00 as a tip it should have been 0 I will never go back
