I had a great stylist in Alton,, at Sams,,, moved back to St.Louis and thought i would try this Sam's.... I was taken in immediately,,, Mike,, was above and beyond anything i expected... Easy conversation and did a wonderful job on my hair... I found my place,,,,, I had read the reviews,,, and you can't always trust a bad review... Everyone there was courteous and friendly......

Worst salon ever . Very dirty place tawls are old and nasty. And the guy that did my hair the blond guy named Jason was so bad he cut and color it like crap didn't like it at all. And he was friendly at all he seemed to care about his hair more then mine. Everytime he left me he would go work on his hair shampooed it and he used so much hair spray I was coughing. He didnt even clean the area after the client he used the same stuff on me with out sinatizing I was very digested never again will I step a foot in that salon. They need to remodel everything and fire Jason. ! Took 3 hours and I looked like hell after.

Affordable haircuts. Shampoo and wash included in price instead of separate charge. Plus $2 off each haircut if you keep your receipt.

I really can't even give it one star. I have had good experiences in the past with other stylists but got a perm from Jason two weeks ago. Didn't realize how bad it was until I washed it on the third day and there was NO CURL. The cut was also very bad and there is breakage all over my hair. He even commented while he was cutting it that it was "fried". $55 for a horrible job.
