Friendly staff. Every stylist that I've had gave me what I asked. They wash, cut, colored and styled my hair. Hair styling is extra so it's something you have to ask for. When I go to visit, it's always a walk in and they try to squeeze me in. I have a new stylist each time and I'm never disappointed.

I should have heeded the other reviewer. Horrible service! Kelsey did not even comb through my hair. She just chopped off the ends and left it. Did not even style it. I had to ask her if I could borrow her brush! Of course, all of her tools were filthy. When I said, "Oh, I thought you were going to shampoo my hair," she said, "Well, that costs more money."  And??? Your point is??? 

This was hands down the WORST salon experience I have ever had.

Worst hair cut I ever got. Firstly the woman took one look at me and had the look of disgust on her face. She knew she couldn't do my type of hair. Horrable hair cut. Then I had to style my hair. I am now forced to walk around with this until 1/ 2 of my head grows back
