I got a gel manicure at Famously Nail yesterday, May 23rd. It really felt like the guy was rushing through the manicure. I was taking too long picking a color so he came up and basically picked one for me. I'm indecisive so that wasn't really that big of a deal. The polish job isn't bad.. I've for sure had worse. However he spent the whole manicure chatting with another employee on the other side of the room. So he made a lot of mistakes on my nails that he had to redo because he wasn't paying attention. The worst part of this manicure is when he was trimming my cuticals he made me bleed and didn't even notice he did it because he was to busy chatting with that other employee. When he saw me looking at my finger he was shocked to see that it was bleeding and apologized. I just really hope it doesn't get infected... Even through all of that I tipped him because I thought it would be rude not to. However, I will probably go to a different salon to get my nails done next time..

Wow. I have never been so upset about getting my nails done. I brought two of my children with me because I am a stay-at-home mom and they go where I go. my son my two-year-old needed to use the bathroom to do number 2 he finished his business we flush the toilet wash their hands and went to go sit back down to finish my nails I was rushing to get back to my other 10 month old that was in the stroller. After  the technician finished my nails she asked me did I wash the bathroom I said what do you mean she said your son use the bathroom did you wash the bathroom I said I flushed the toilet I don't know what you mean there's nothing in the toilet I went back to the restroom and saw a small peace of poop on the bottom of the toilet in the inside I asked her are you wanting me to clean your toilet do you have a brush I can clean your toilet for you and the manager said don't worry about it but the girl was so rude the whole time she was doing my nails and for her to embarrass me in front of everyone is just uncalled for I will never ever come back to this business ever again not only are they rough when they do your nails but they are rude

Been going there for years,today is my very last day.Sheila has new workers that come & go because they're running customers away.The new girl kept drilling my nails til she sliced my damn thumb & it bled for an hour! I was still charged 20 bucks for a horrible fill job..Definitely reporting this to the Better Business Bureau!
