A fantastic place to get your hair cut (No pun intended). Great conversations with them. And plenty of professional hairstylists that cut your hair just right.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years and have enjoyed getting my hair cut.  Juli had cut my hair for a long time and now Jenn has been my go to stylist. She does an amazing job and has a great attitude. All the girls make you feel welcome when you come in. Customer service is very important to them. Thank you for all you do!

The lady was nice and knew what she was doing but I was told the wait was 20 minutes and I was there for two hours just to get a hair cut.

I wish I can give 0 stars. This place has been a complete nightmare. My daughter and I had gone in a month and a half ago and Vanessa there had done a so called Balyage Ombre on me and charged me $140. I had showed her a picture of what I had wanted, and she was very excited and assured me that she can get it done. So 2 hours in my hair was spotting and very ugly and I did not like it at all, she said it'll look better once we cut and style. Which after she cut my bangs crooked (did not trim my hair just my bangs) she also was suppose to blow dry (which she did) and curl my hair. Which was very terrible and looked like she has never done hair before. It was such a half ass job, she only curled the tips while my whole head was frizzy/Poofy at the roots. I had brought this to her attention in a nice way and asked is this how you really do hair? Yet she had started crying. I told her it was okay we'll try to figure ot out and have it fixed, after I had paid her the $140 for color, cut and style plus a tip and then came back afew days afterwards to get it redone. 2nd time around she had relightened my tims which it still looked the same just my tip got lighter that was all. My hair was still spotty, she lightened the tips and only washed half of my hair with product still in it. Smh! She also tried to restyle my hair and it looked even more terrible from before. I looked a hot mess! I cried because I spent that much money and I had already came in twice and they dont accommodate anything. She did tell me when I get back from my fathers funeral in Hawaii that she'll TRY to refix it. I told her if she cant fix it, That I'll just go back to all black and she said thats fine. A month and half goes by I came back and had called and spoke to a girl named Danny and told her of the situation, which she kept interrupting me and telling me No, its been past 10 days so you need to pay full price again. I told her NO, i was told when i get back Vanessa was going yo fix my hair. She said shell see what she can fo and call the manager. The manager (i think her name was Jemnifer) called me and said its past 10days blah blah blah.... I basically said No one told me about a 10 day rule. I had mentioned to Vanessa I dont know when ill be back and she said it was okay to just speak to her. The manager said, I need to go to a diffrent salon because nothing they do will make me happy and that I was rude to Vanessa and Danny. Immediately I said when the hell was I mean? She said because I made Vanessa cry. Its really not my fault she did a crappy job on my hair and I was blunt about it in a very nice way. I asked her, am I suppose to pay that much to sit there and act like Im suppose let who ever do my hair like crap? Am i not entitled to speak my truths about my hair? Was i suppse to go to my fathers funeral for 5 seconds to rush back to get my hair finished within the 10days that has never brought to my attention? She said well theres nothing more we can do at this time sorry. Maybe you should goto a different salon. Yes i was upset, i asked to speak yo the owner or anyone higher to file a complaint. Anf she says, oh I dont have their # im not at the salon. Yeah right! She said shell have the owner call meand 3 days has gone by no one has tried calling me to fix anything. I have never gone to a place full of crappy hair stylist yet alone liars. Im very disappointed with everything and everyone here. Please ppl do not  waste your money here! Such a rip off. In the end I was tge rude/mean person who paid full price and still have tge girl a tip even thou she did a half ass job and my hair was super spotty and very ugly. At least keeo your word and fix my hair or give me a dam discount,  but no. All I got was a I THINK ITS BEST THAT YOU GO TO A DIFFRENT SALON TO GET IT FIXEX!! WOW.. JUST WOW!! If you guys dont know how to color, cut or style hair then I suggest to go back to school and learn. Very disappointing!!!
