I called in to get scheduled 2 weeks prior for an appointment on 3/18 at 10:30 in the morning. When I showed up, I was told that they didn't know who would book me on this morning. They either forgot about putting my appointment on the books, or whoever did it over booked that morning. I was hoping to get a nice haircut before my brother's wedding later that day. So I had to leave and go back home with nothing.

I went to E-clipsfor my first time and I will be returning! DeAnn is super helpful and gives you her opinion when asked for it. I loved her and her work.

Never did get my haircut. A lot of excuses and a stylist who did not know when to stop calling and texting me. Heads up to never give them your number ever. They need to learn to run a more ethical business. I still have not got my hair cut and would never ever let them touch my hair from the very poor costumer service I have received.  I now have to clear another weekend to get my hair cut, of course at another place, because of excuses and lack of follow through.

DeAnn is my hero! I've been coming to her for 10+ years and she always knows what needs to be done. I recently moved out of state and still travel back JUST to have her take care of me!

I have been going to Kim for over 10 years. I love this place. All the staff are great!!  They are fun and always friendly and do a fantastic job!!  I would recommend Eclips to everyone
