Came here on my first time because I had a coupon to use.Looking at some hairstyle books at the waiting area , I chose one picture that I like . Hoping the guy stylist will call my name because I saw the people were waiting asked to wait for him . Finally after 30 minutes waited,it's my turn .I showed him the picture on the book that I was looking at. He offered a shampoo but I don't want to get it because don't want to pay extra for blow-dry or style.He cutted my hair really fast ,showed me the mirror and asked if I want him to adjust anything.He asked how My hair look to me. I looked at my hair in the mirror and really happy with it .It looked like the picture that I showed him.It doesn't matter how many time he look or how he look at the picture on the book that I showed him as long as he can cut it alright and give me the mirror after he cutted my hair so I can see my hair if anything need to be adjusted. I knew which type of salon I am coming in and pay for the price that I wanna pay by using the coupon so If it met my expectations and my hair look good . That's all I care. I can't expect too extra for the price I am paying .Highly recommended if you want to pay with the coupon price and be done fast . Would call next time and ask for Hung again so I don't have to wait this long like today but it's worth the wait.

Honored my coupon, but the man did not honor my hair choices, which are pretty conservative. I showed him a picture of how my hair usually is, he glanced at it once then disregarded it, not looking stnit again or trying to match it at all. He definitely tried to do alright, but I think if he had someone give him this cut then he would rate it a "2" as well. Not recommended.

I went in for a permanent and was told that I had curl , but when I had washed my hair after two days , it was flat ,but it's soft.

Hortabile experience showed the lady a picture and explained what I wanted I walked with a haircut I could have done in my bathroom with the lights off I wasn't asking to look like someone going into the army I asked for the top to be shortened and the sides the be blended instead she took a half hairs and just went all the way up the side of my head then after shortening the top all the way down she asks " how's the length looking ?" Lol its too short kinda late to ask that stay away from here if you can there is a place across the street who knows what they are doing now I know why there was a line there and no one here

Amy the manager was absolutely AMAZING!!Me and a friend came in and she took care of both of us.She went above and beyond for us, whole thing color cut everything was awesome.She is the only beautician that has ever took the time and effort that she did with us.You Are An AMAZING person and we will be back!!!
