Gina is very good at her craft. Any time you go to this establishment you will leave with perfect symmetrical eyebrows and the tinting is flawless. Gina is a perfectionist and will make sure that you leave happy with your results. The reason I gave her a three star waiting is because it is hard to get in touch with her to make a appointment she is get swamped with people because she is just that good, and sometimes will not call or text back until the day after sometimes it takes longer. She does take walk ins but there is no guarantee that there will not be a wait. She is the only person doing eyebrows and all of her services. I am sympathetic to the fact she will not be able to get everyone in on appointment since she is the only person there that is qualified to do the services. I think it is more beneficial for her to have other people working there alongside her that,are qualified as well so that more people and not just a select few get to indulge in these services she provides.

She does a good job but her customer service sucks so bad. It takes weeks for her to get in touch with you once you reach out for an appointment. She needs a front desk person or a system to book online. She never texts back its crazy. I dont think she is worth the wait. I suggest she figure out what to do because people will just go to the next like Brows By Kels who is actually super friendly. Scheduling is easy.

As a cosmetologist, she does the best work!!! She is certified in so many things like permanent make up and lash extensions. She's the pro at almost anything beauty in the face even make up! It's not just a brow place! I wouldn't let anyone touch my brows! She works with all who I have witnessed there like she actually cares about her name out there. CHECK OUT HER IG/FACEBOOK SHE DOES HAVE POLICIES. She can be very nice and profession but also she will ban you from her list if you miss your appointment. She's very busy, I suggest you call or text in ahead to secure a spot.

Absolutely amazing! Gina is incredibly talented, and I am continuously impressed her work . I am a licensed aesthetician and EXTREMELY picky (and neurotic) about my eyebrows. My brows have never looked this good. Make your appointment with Gina, you will not be disappointed.
