Every time I fill my family's prescriptions here the SAME lady says she needs my prescription card to process it after I come pick it up EACH time. So I can't just pick up the meds and go, I have to pull up the info on my app (since I don't receive cards). I always ask her if she can just pull it up in the system like the other locations do and she says "no" which is a lie or she doesn't know what she's doing. She also has a pretty poor attitude.  They'll also wait until you pick up your prescription to tell you they don't have it. They should either look it up first before you drive off or give you a curtesy call.

I always get what I want, and the people at the counter are always quick, but haters gonna hate! Don't listen to the haters in the above comments, It's a convenience store, not the Hilton, so either go in, or go home!

Walgreens seems to generally hire people that would never want to keep the checkout line MOVING. It's a pattern. And their 'club members commonly enjoy hanging out at the register while they sort out there purchase. Meanwhile the line gets longer and longer.
At THIS Walgreens the employees are extra slow and often rude.
