I love The Retreat! I have been going there for many years. Christina is my stylist and she does a fantastic job on my hair and eyebrows every time. I usually go in feeling frumpy and leave feeling beautiful. I recently decided to go blonde after being brunette for quite sometime and I was a little nervous that I wouldn't like the drastic change, but Christina spent a lot of time and knew exactly what she was doing. I love my blonde and I felt absolutely fabulous when I left my appointment. The staff at The Retreat is friendly and helpful. The salon itself is warm and inviting. I would recommend The Retreat Salon to anyone and everyone.

The first time I went in they were great. I called this morning in hopes to get in that maybe the snow caused cancellations and I could get my hair colored to match my roots I talked to two people on the phone both said I could come in right now and get it done. When I went in they didn’t ask my name, looked concerned to have someone walking in, quickly sat me down and asked me again what I wanted and she proceeded to grab a dark color (my natural color is ash blonde) and when I told her that was not right she was super inconvenienced and told me no one had time to see me. So after 5 minutes I had to leave after driving in the snow to get there. I just felt like they were so inconvenienced by me and didn’t even care to get my name. They expected me to be able to come back in on Monday but my husband works a ton and I have no one to watch my daughter. I was lucky to even get a few hours today to go in...and don’t get me wrong I understand them being busy. That’s not the problem the problem is that three people couldn’t be bothered to listen. I’m really disappointed. I’ll still go in later but only with Kelsi who was so nice the first time I went in and never treated me like an inconvenience.
