Received a hair cut and color from Kathryn who was very attractive by the way, color was the best I have ever seen all my friends loved my hair. The cut was exactly what I wanted and will definitely be returning, can't recommend her enough.

I have been to this location twice, my hair stylist is Kathryn, she cut my hair just how I wanted it and we enjoyed a good conversation while she was doing it. Kathryn is my go to girl!

It was a young man who cut my hair. He called me to the chair as he put another lady under the hair dryer. When the timer for the lady's hair dryer rang, he grabbed all the remaining hair that had not been cut yet and plowed through it with one pass of the scissors, and announced that I was done. He ushered me out of the chair explaining that the other lady was there before me, and she was the priority. He never even showed me the finished product. He just quit cutting and told me I needed to pay. In the end, he asked if I was leaving him a tip.

Interesting, the lady who was also cutting hair that morning never said a word to him about the poor poor customer service he gave, but the other clients did. They even commented on his unprofessional comments while he was cutting my hair.

Overall, awful experience. My hair is choppy and uneven. The customers were more friendly and knew more about customer service than the stylists did.

Been going there for a few years now. Donna is the best hair stylist. Best place and would recommend anyone going there.
