The "rewards" are a joke. Coupons are hardly ever to be used on anything since most of the store is "prestige branding". Not allowed to have a sample of a product anymore. They seem to want to compete against Sephora buuut offer less and have a ruder staff! Two little boys (5\6) today were throwing things, knocking things off of shelves, screaming, punching, kicking, ran into me and my husband several times. No idea where the parent was. Told a group of employees, they didn't care. Told the manager when we were ringing out and she also didn't care. Maybe you're store would do better if you cared about your customers. Hence why the store is 7/10 EMPTY.

Evonne did my hair and it is seriously the greatest thing ever. I was super nervous for a change, but she made me comfortable and right at home the second I walked in the door. She literally spent all day making my hair absolutely beautiful. I have so much more confidence in myself now and I get compliments on it all of the time! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Went today to have my eyebrows waxed. My right eyebrow looks ok. My left eyebrow is so thin its hard to even see. The girl told me they looked fine but sold me a filler to fill in the left one. It didnt work. She also burnt my left brow. I have never had service like that anywhere before!

This is the second time in a week I've had horrible service at this store. They have misleading signs said 2 for 24 and came up to be 68. Then we t today for there actually sale asked about the shampoo I wanted and got told that's not on sale and walked up with the girl and look there it is on sale. Then had a sign for a makeup pallets for 18 bucks turns up at 54 oh that signs for a smaller one we just have it with the large ones. Looked likw the same pallette that was there Very misleading. Girls where also very rude
