I went to this places every two weeks for months. Sometimes my nails would be the right shape and lengths. Other times it would look like a mess. It was a toss up for me. I asked for coffin shape once. Instead I got square. I kept telling the women, but she didn't seem to get it.  I would get acrylic done each time. I switched it up between regular paint and gel. When I would get regular polish done. Sometimes they would charge me $13, and other times it would be $15 for a fill. Their prices always fluctuate. The last straw for me being a customer was when I wanted to get a gel fill. I got them done and when I went to pay they told me it was $30. They put the special gel fill on my nails. Which is not what I wanted. I believe in their pamphlet it says its $22 for a gel fill. I told them I wasn't paying for the special fill. They said I could pay $25 and kept saying how I need to be more specific. They tried to make it out to be my fault. No way in hell will I spend anymore money there. I feel scammed every time I go there.

I have been going to Fashion Nails since they opened next to Shop & Save, but I must cut my ties.  When I have an appointment, I expect to maybe wait 10 to 15 minutes, not 45 minutes.  That tells me that someone walked in right before my app., and as greedy as he is, he had her take someone.  This has happened to me many times.  One time he said I missed my app., that I had called and changed it.  I DID NOT.  He argued with me.  The gel polish I had picked out did NOT match the sample.  They argued with me, and threw things around.  I am done!  There are nail places on every corner.

Sometimes they’re great. Other times not so much. They don’t tell you when they have a long wait so after an hour of sitting, when you go to leave they rush you into a chair. The pricing in the pamphlet doesn’t match the prices they charge you. With the less experienced technicians, my cuticles often end up bleeding. Redeeming factor is that they always are friendly.

My mom ad I love Fashion Nails!!! We have been getting our nails done here for 8 years and will never go anywhere else! They are efficient and our nails always look great!

I love this place! I have been going here for since they have been open, ten years! I think being open that long speaks wonders for their business. They are nicest people and they work quickly and do an excellent job. Hahn the owner and his wife Tina are great people. Katy for does my nails is amazing. I would never ever go any where else.
