I love that Fantastic Sam's takes walk- ins! One day I found that my schedule had opened up so I headed over there.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. 
Bianca did my hair and spent the time to take my roots from a dark brown back to a platinum blonde, and then put gorgeous color on top of that.

I got compliments for weeks! By far the best salon experience I've had. I will be returning for my root touchups again.

Rude. When I said I didn't like she made my eyebrows really thin and it looked horrible, she asked me to LEAVE (twice). That was mean & rude , kept saying I didn't do anything you asked me not to do. Really? I had told her clearly I just wanted a clean up and DO NOT make it thin. Offered me haircut free (lame) , I didn't accept free services because the person spend her time. Is it so hard to be a little polite and be attentive to what a customer really wants? If you get feedback for your work , TAKE IT! Own the mistake instead of asking the customer to LEAVE. Not worth a penny. They keep customers waiting and take them in randomly and not on first come first serve basis. DO NOT GO. Stay miles way from this "stylist " (duh!). They might just ask you to leave.. lol. Spoiled my day.

I have been going to this establishment for a couple years and have never had a bad experience and  I love to go for that reason and because I get the best hair cuts. This was the last place I went with my mom before she passed and they were so kind the next time I came in. The girls are so sweet and the place is always clean. My kids even love getting hair cuts here. WAY BETTER and CLEANER than Supercuts.

The lady was very nice but i asked for a haircutt &style&all she did was cutt the back strait across .for $20?i coulda did that myself!!!Not too happy
