This place at first looks very legit, but it's the opposite. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and was very specific on getting just a clean up, but the lady left my eyebrows very thin, like I've never had before.
I called to complain and tell her how upset I was and her response was "This is a hair salon so most of the day we do hair only." I totally get that, but then maybe you guys shouldn't let inexperienced employees wax people. I was expecting a professional. Maybe you should not have Wax service posted outside your business window if you are not good at it in the first place. Also I learned to not trust a person to wax my eyebrows if in the first place their own eyebrows are bad!!! Very unprofessional!

If there was a way to give them NO stars, I would. Took my daughter there for a haircut for her first day at Jr. High. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted, then two pictures of what I absolutely did NOT want. She ended up with everything I said NOT to do. Her hair looks awful. Not fair to do to a girl for her first day of Jr. High. We will NEVER go back and you shouldn't either.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. FIRST THE GIRL WHO DID MY HAIR WAS GETTING HER OWN HAIR DONE WHICH WAS ODD. SHE DID A GOOD JOB ON TRIMMING MY ENDS BUT SHE BUTCHERED THE HELL OUT OF MY BANGS. I LOOK STUPID. SHE DIDN'T BLEND IT WITH MY HAIR SHE JUST TOOK A BIG CHUNK OF HAIR AND CUT IT. SHE MADE MY BANGS TOO SHORT. I WANTED THEM TO AT LEAST PASS MY NOSE BUT THEY ARE AT EYE LEVEL. I HAVE NATURAL CURLY HAIR SO JUST PICTURE HOW STUPID I LOOK WHEN I LEAVE MY NATURAL HAIR DOWN... THE GIRL WHO DID MY HAIR HAD SHORT BURGUNDY HAIR WITH CARMEL STREAKS... THE STREAKS SHE WAS GETTING DONE WHEN I WALKED IN AND SHE LOOKED ALL TWEAKED OUT. NEVER AGAINL FANTASTIC SAMS

The hairstylist here are unbelievable. They would cut my sons hair and then just stop in the middle and do something else consistently. We waited over 2 hours for one haircut and there was 4 stylists here. Bad service overall. Would not recommend.
