I have called three times to schedule an appointment. The ladies that answer the phone are not helpful. I understand that at the salon they are self-employed, however, most salons have a scheduling system  or at least a scheduler to book their appointments. Every time I've called, I am told that the lady that  whoever answers the phone does not have an appointment open themselves and they proceed to give me some random phone number to another stylist to attempt to book with them. I see this as unprofessional and they have lost my business before even having it due to this. 

Why in the world would you not have some type of scheduling system?! That is how you get new business!!

Love my stylist she is awesome, the place is always clean. Sometimes new things happen at this place :) if you can get in its amazing
