My son (5) loves it here. He liked this location and the one at the distrct equally. We normally go to the district, and while this location was a lot easier to get an appointment, I just didn't like it as much. His haircut didn't turn out great. They told me on the phone that they couldn't get me in until a little later than I wanted, but when I showed up early - to let my son play a bit - there was literally no one else there and 3 employees just sitting around doing nothing.

I’ve been taking my child there for a year. He is 2 years old and always nervous during his haircuts but the staff makes it easy. I love how it turns out when they’re done. Children aren’t the easiest customers but they do as much as they can to help put them at ease.

Awesome place! Was my first time taking my son!, didn’t have an appointment but they took us in (typically they advise to make one) they have a slide for kids & as well as when it’s time for a cut they have Netflix for kids so it definitely catches their attention once they pick a show they like 
my son did recieve a balloon and lollipop after! 😊 awesome staff, awesome place will definitely be coming back!

I brought my daughter in for her first haircut on Saturday. It was supposed to be a "first hair cut package" which they said included a picture and baggy of her hair. Well I got there the Stylist was very nice. I said it's her first cut. She has really curely hair. I want it completely even. So take as much as you need off. Also want to try and fix the splits ends. So again take as much as you need off. Well she started cutting my daughters CURLY hair completely dry and frizzy. Then sprayed her ENDS only. She cut maybe half an inch? She quickly cut it and said she made it even and fixed the split ends problem. I said okay, trusting that she's the sylsist. This is why i came here. For a professional to cut my daughters hair. I left went and sprayed down my daughters hair. Completely combed it down. It's completely uneven. When it dried up and curled even from the front you can see the left side is shorter Then the front. Her dad wanted me to call and have them fix it. I said no. If they couldn't do it right the first time why would I have them try again and possibly completely butcher her hair? Also not going to cry over $14.00 & a $5.00 tip her left her. I've tried to let it go and just let it grow out and try again else where. But I can't just not say anything or warn other parents with toddlers or kids with curly hair. The stylist was nice. I'm not trying to put her down. But She seemed very uncomfortable with my daughter and now my daughter has uneven hair. Also will add my daughters 2 1/2 years old. She is a wiggle butt like any toddler. But She was very well behaved, calm and stayed still during her cut. The uneven hair is not her fault. Just a warning to try else where or maybe a diffrent location?
