Talk about customer service!  Chuck Connolly is AWESOME!  Chuck provides my business renters insurance (and other insurance as well.) Recently, I moved my office to a larger location, Chuck took the initiative to update my new address for me - I didn't even get the chance to ask him to do it, he was on it immediately.  Wow, 5 star service!  In addition to his amazing attention to detail, Chuck is one of the most kind and friendly professionals I have had the pleasure of working with.  He provides top notch service with thoughtfulness, creating a personal experience always with a smile.  Chuck is the best!

Chuck has been my insurance agent for over a year now. When he switched from State Farm to Farmers, I followed him for several reasons. 

1) He knows his stuff 
2) He is very personable 
3) He is always willing to go the extra mile. 

I have been extremely happy having him as my agent, and I highly recommend others do the same.

Chuck has been super courteous and helpful. It's nice to finally have a knowledgeable agent like Chuck to work with instead of dealing with other insurance companies that do not value their clients. 5 stars all around!

I was in the market for auto insurance after being with Progressive for over six years.  In that time they took a total of $100.00 off my insurance policy which was very frustrating for me.  My girlfriend gave me Chuck's number as a point of contact with State Farm Auto insurance.  She told me that he is very professional and will give me honest answers to all my questions.  Boy was she right. Chuck demonstrated the level customer service that is really hard to find nowadays.  Day or night via email and phone Chuck was available to discuss all of my questions and concerns.  "Let me take care of you!" he said.  Within one week I had a new policy with State Farm and I am saving over a thousand dollars a year.  If you are in the market for auto insurance and are looking for someone with integrity then you should give Chuck Connolly a call.  I promise you will not be disappointed.

I recently moved to Baltimore from NY.  The Connolly Agency was so helpful in getting our insurance switched over and finding us the best quote.  Chuck and his staff were extremely personable and helped us feel completely at ease.  The office has evening and weekend hours which was a huge plus for us.  They also helped us with a few local attractions to get us started in our new home.  I'm so grateful that we went to the Connolly Agency!
