And gave me and lot of wonderful information about insurance policies that state farm just started offering that I was unaware of. And I am truly grateful. That you again for your help. I would recommend Ms . Kay Brougham she is the best , very professional ... I was very statisfed with her customer service , usually when I call this location I never get a reply , but she answered in a timely manner and got the job done .

I switched to Scott Garvey when I moved to Baltimore, about 5 years ago. I had been with State Farm since I started driving, and had good experiences with my previous agent. The first three years, I never had a problem - just paid my bill and had insurance. Around 2015, I started having problems with the office, and the past year has just been terrible!
I moved to a suburb of Greensboro, and they never lowered my policy to reflect my new address. I was overpaying by $23/month for 7 months due to their incompetence. They finally got it straightened out, but not before I had to deal with an incredibly rude receptionist name Cortney, who was condescending and spoke over me, missing the details of what was going on. To top it off, she accidentally sent an incredibly rude and inaccurate email complaining about me - to me! 
I'm moving to DC and shockingly running problems with the sheer unresponsiveness of the office and the people working here. Unsurprisingly, I am switching to a different insurance company.

Prompt responses to email and voice mail.  Easy to deal with especially given the geographical seperation.  I live in Indiana!  Knowledgeble and no high pressure sales.  I'm confident that I selected a great agent!!!!!
