I've had their insurance for quite a while, and I've been asking for an insurance certificate for one of my vendors, it's been about a month and I've emailed and called them (Daniel Murray's agengy) about 8 times and nothing.  I will probably be canceling soon!

I was involved in an accident on a Saturday night. Dan answered the phone and walked me thru what to do until the policy arrived. He followed up Monday to make sure things went ok.  You cant get this type of service from the internet.

Talked with Dan about getting me setup with a life policy a few weeks ago. He contacted me and asked about my auto policy too. Thought he was being a jerk and just trying to upsell like everybody else, he actually just offered some good advice it was nice. I will think about moving from State Farm but we will see.

I cancelled a policy on a car I sold when I moved out of the country. Faxed them the signed documents, then called to confirm they received the document. They said they did and that the policy was cancelled.  5 months later I found out they hadn't cancelled and were continuing to bill my autopay account.  I complained they said it was my fault and would not refund the money.  Do not trust these people MAKE SURE you keep all documentation and think about recording telephone conversations they are shady.
