Hard if not impossible to get a hold of. Insuring the wrong car after me calling and going in to the office in person to fix the problem 2 different times. They have raised my rates consistently over the past two years. Based off my experience I don't recommend this company.

I switched all of my insurance needs to Lance Paulson because he really cares about his clients. He found areas that I needed coverage but didn't have covered with my old insurance company. Now I have a lot better coverage, and Lance saved me over $200.00 a year. I recommend Lance and his team to everyone I know.

Lance does an amazing job for me and my family. I think people forget that an insurance agent is just that, he’s an agent for the company and working with Lance I feel more like he is MY agent NOT American Family’s. I can always go to Lance knowing that he’ll be in my corner. There are many times that an agent has his hands tied because there is so much that he cannot control, he is just an agent, but knowing that I have Lance in my corner is a real comfort.

I started with this insurance company because they had a great price. I ran into so many problems because their ‘software’ kept removing my prior insurance which bumped my premium constantly higher. After MONTHS of making sure this is fixed, I find out that my 6 month renewal premium is $150 higher for no reason other than ‘insurance goes up sometimes’. I really was hoping to find a great company here, but I suggest you look elsewhere for your insurance needs.
