I contacted David McClellan early this year while I was traveling, to ask about a quote for home, auto and personal liability insurance, we spoke for awhile and I felt comfortable with him and looked forward to talking with him again when returning home. He immediately responded with a very nice email.
Upon returning home a couple months later, I sent an email to him requesting he give me a call, with no response. I got busy, gathering together all the needed information and left on another trip. Weeks later I still did not hear from him so I called. He seemed a bit jumbled and out of sorts and I had to remind him in detail who I was, understandably, since we've never met and it had been quite awhile since our first conversation.
David took all of my information and told me he'd get to work right away and call me the next day. That was a month ago. Not a single call or email. Now, I would not do business with him regardless of how much money he might save us. So incredibly unprofessional.
