Mediocre at best. As consumers we are not versed in every and all fields of insurance. It is left to the experts (Jesse Dryer and company) to thoroughly explain differences in prices, policies, coverage, etc. "Taking the time" to send a link that explains difference between policies and insurance companies does not suffice. I'm sorry but it's just sending a link of information that will likely produce more questions from your customers. Dumb it down for me, Jesse.

To add to this, Jesse didn't even fight for my business when I mentioned cancelling my policies. It was met with what I have provided as a screen shot to the email response from him below.

Also provided is a screenshot of Jesse bashing another insurance company because he's never heard of them. Not very professional in my opinion to refer to a Philippine call center IF I needed to make a claim with this no name insurance company.

Furthermore, making assumption on how people feel on a day to day basis is outrageous. My day was going fine until I had to deal with you.

I would not recommend this insurance agent. I was qouted  price and that price quoted was not the price I got on my billing. Also discount that I was promised was not applied to my policy. Rate went up without any warning and Jesse did not seem at all worried and did not seem to care at all when I told him I was switching providers.  Clients beware and cautious with this agent.

Just got auto insurance and bundled my renter's insurance.  Ashlee Boviall is my insurance agent and gave me a great price and was extremely quick and helpful when insuring me.

Jesse and his team went far and above any service I could have asked for. These folks are truly professional and a pleasure to work with. Attention Farmers Insurance Company, take a good look at how Jesse and his team know their business and recognize their outstanding  work as a Farmers agent.
