If I gave anything less than 5 stars I would be lying. This office CONSISTENTLY goes above and beyond in demonstrating outstanding customer service. Murl has had some staff switch up's in the last few years,  with that probably came some chaos in the office but never from my perspective. Brigette & Reigan ALWAYS, ALWAYS take care of my family and I weather it comes to emailing insurance cards, adding something to our policies or filing a claim. They are a joy to work with. Murl is usually there when we go in and we can visit with him as well. 
If you are someone who values the advantage of having a local agent and being taken care of CHOOSE THIS OFFICE. I've always felt like my best interest is the forefront of everything that they do. I used to work in insurance and I can say from my experience, anyone who has an issue with this office is probably because they failed to take some kind of personal responsibility on their end. (not paying a bill, not signing a form, not providing info, or just not liking insurance etc). If you're in the market for a new agent, I urge to check this office out. I'm telling everyone !

Horrible. Do not do business with this office! After personally calling my agent, Raegen, to terminate the policies and 3 calls to corporate these guys refuse to cancel and I’m still getting bills in the mail. Even though I was told I had been canceled. I will be seeking legal help. This office is run poorly and obviously I will not recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed.  I moved here a year ago from Utah and had my policy transferred over.  I just chose a random State Farm Agency, as I didn't have a reference point.  I don't remember all of the details now, but I remember being unhappy because I Had my policy transferred over,  but I had to continue calling to make sure things were happening.  I also wanted my renter's insurance txferred over, however that got dropped.  By the time I remembered that I hadn't seen the bill, it took an additional 3 monnths and lots of calling on my behalf.  I don't even understand why this got dropped in the first place, and shame on me for forgetting too.  It felt like noone ever really took the time to look into my policy/call me back or follow up like they said they would.  Maybe I just got caught with a bad new employee, maybe they didn't stay.  Either way, a year later I called to pay my car insurance bill and didn't receive a call back in the day they said they would.  I will be tansferring my policy to another state farm agency in GJ.  These guys aren't terrible, but they're not great.  I don't think they'd have my back if I got into an accident and needed their help promptly.  And that's wy I choose to have an agent vs go online and register for car insuraance.

Like the other review said - it takes weeks to get a follow up and takes several phone calls and emails to hear back.

They were able to help us with our account because we moved from Utah to Colorado.
