I have had Jim as my agent for over 10 years and he has always been amazing.  If you need anything he is available for you and ready to lend a helping hand. He and his staff are always friendly and remember you and the little details going on in your life when you call.  He will get you the best coverage out there.  Great office, great customer service, great agent.

I have been enjoying the service Jim Kreisman provides for the past twelve years.  He made it very simple to switch from another agent and is always there when I experience a challenge which has happened over the years. Jim has the utmost integrity, works very hard and is professional.  Thank you Jim for always being there to answer my questions and helping me when I need it most.  I highly recommend Jim to those seeking a quality, honest and professional agent.

Jim has been our agent for a couple years now. We got great rates for auto and homeowners' coverage. His customer service is exceptional and he is always very responsive to and knowledgeable about all of my inquiries and requests. Jim always goes the extra mile to make sure my needs are met and to make sure we are protected. I would recommend Jim to anyone!

     I have been with Farmers Insurance since moving to the Valley in 1994.  My account was transferred to Jim Kreisman’s Agency several years ago when my original agent retired.  

     Jim has been wonderful to work with.  He is always quick to respond to my questions and a helpful guide for me during various life changes, such as moving from an apartment to home ownership, and the now transition of sale of my home back to an apartment and the insurance needs to coincide.  When the right place comes along there will be more changes for me.  He also takes care of my car insurance and what the best coverage is.  Jim’s associate Ariana has also been a help to me.  

     I feel I lucked out when Jim’s agency got my account.

I sat with Jim today to review insurance policies and how I have been swamped with wedding photography jobs!  He has been so patient with me and my auto insurance.   I came in expecting to move over my auto because I hear some many great things about Jim's Farmers Insurance agency, but to my amazement, he told me I had a better deal where I am currently at.  He said now is not the right time, but I do know that I have the right coverages.  My jaw almost dropped. Never seen anything like this.  I do look forward to bringing over my policies when the time is right, but I am so glad I now have a Friend in the insurance business and someone who will always be honest and do what right for me!
