I could not believe the total lack of professionalism which the owner exhibited dealing with my girlfriend. Who has had one ticket ever in her life back in 1998. She was involved in a minor accident in a parking lot driving her father's vehicle. No tickets where issued the police where not called. The other driver who was from out of state driving a company car called her father repeatedly until he just filed a claim that farmers paid out a total of 297.00 dollars. My girlfriend was listed as the driver in the incident. And as a result farmers raised her rates for her insurance. After having her rates raised twice she got another quote from a different insurance company. When she called Mr. Sullivan's office to give them a chance to beat their competition she spoke to Michael who was very polite and told her he would see what could be done. Mr. Sullivan called back and informed my girlfriend that she had the best price farmers could offer and that she should call the other insurance company and tell them that she is a negligent driver and after she had done so that he would compare quotes. Well she did just that and the other insurance agent laughed and said she had a spotless driving record and Mr. Sullivan was being ridiculous. The quote from the new agent for three vehicles beat what Mr. Sullivan was quoting for two. Needless to say Mr. Sullivan did not earn her business after his rude behavior. If you're considering farmers fine just don't consider Mr. Sullivan.
