Switched to Farmers a few months ago and Ive had nothing but problems. I rarely have been able to get someone on the phone when I call. Recently after I got into an accident I called to get clarification on car rental information, coverages, etc.  I called 3 times over the course of a few weeks and I never got a call back.  It took me contacting customer service and complaining to the regional manager to get a call back.  

On top of all this, Farmers Insurance car rental coverage stops the day after they deem your car totaled so your on the hook for renting a car after that or you have one day to rush to find a car.  NOT A GOOD COMPANY!

I must commend Farmers for the customer experience of your agent Mr. Kyle Wilson. He has provided the best customer experience of any insurance company I have ever used. His caring and helpful demeanor makes the difference whether discussing coverage to filing claims. 

We have a family group auto policy and when my sister was rear ended, he took the call and assisted her even though he was at a doctor’s appointment with his expecting wife. Many agents are not available in such very understandable circumstances, but Mr. Wilson went above and beyond. 

I was in a car accident as well prior to my sister’s accident and his stalwart professionalism made the claims process as painless as possible. Premiums are competitive for the policy benefits included such as road side assistance which has been a life saver during a snowstorm and again Mr. Wilson was there to give me the toll number which I did not have handy. I will likely be purchasing other insurance and investment products after moving and it is primarily because of the exemplary service Mr. Wilson provides.
