Tom and Stephen are very helpful and answer all of your questions.  They are very thorough and explain all aspects of the policy.  They recommend products, but are not pushy and do not try to force you into buying anything you're not comfortable with.

Last November I was rear ended after picking up my daughter from school.  My husband was out of town and I was unable to reach him on my cell.  I was very shaken by the accident and ended up calling my State Farm Insurance Agent Tom Cox.  He was very kind and helpful and took the time to talk with me and calm me down.  He even came out to the accident site to make sure I was alright and escorted me and my two children to the hospital.  I was previously insured with Geico.  I am soooo thankful that I switched to Tom Cox and State Farm Insurance.  Great service and a friendly staff.  I highly recommend.

The Tom Cox agency is a small insurance agency that represents State Farm very professionally.  Tom and his staff are always friendly and helpful.  His service is excellent!

They take the time to explain what the policies are, what the policies are not, and how long to expect for a claim to be settled.  It was very nice getting straight talk for a change, with no pressure to buy a policy.
