Our agency is here to help you. Having a local insurance agent you can know and trust can truly give you peace of mind! Mark has been an agent since May of 1986. Mark is married to Christy Olsen and they have three children. Mark is a family oriented man who is always willing to help others and look out for his clients best interests. Mark loves to meet with his clients’ and work with them one-on-one to ensure their insurance needs are met to the highest standard.

I called this company a few times after my friend gave me their number and told me they have good customer service.
I called at Thursday morning to get a quote , the secretary that picked up the phone first of all started to take a lot of details from in order to "give" me the quote. After I gave her all the required details she said to me suddenly :"ok someone will call you back with a quote" when I asked why can't she just give me a quote after she took from me all my details, she said because she needs to "type" it in the computer. At Friday she called me again and wanted to verify with me the address where I live because she explained me that a zip code that is different in one digit in the end can result in hundreds $$ difference in the insurance, what a lie lol.
Anyway, after requesting so many personal details, social security number etc.... And until today didn't call me back to give me a quote and it has  been 5 days now.
Maybe they have "too" many clients so they don't care about the new ones.

I switch my Business car insurance and my liability to Mark Olsen agency , Mark and his team was very polite and professionals ! Mark do great on asking the right questions to fit the insurance to my needs and at the end he save me few hundreds $$$ from what i payed to other agency. i will recommend Mark Olsen to all my friends and family . thank you Mark , you AWESOME !

I have been with Farmers just over a year and recently met with Mark to review my polices. Everyone at the office was extremely  friendly and quite helpful. Mark reviewed  all three of my current policies and pointed out  where he recommended changes,  why, and even where I could save money. The time passed so quickly. if I had a word  to sum it up I would say impressive. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for home, umbrella,,  car and even pet insurance.

I've had Mark's agency serve my home and auto insurance needs for the past 13 years, and have always been satisfied with their service, as they answer their phones, know who I am, and service my requests immediately. I recommend their firm to others.

We absolutely love having Mark as our insurance agent!  My husband and I go in once a year to go over our policies and Mark always lets us know if we should change anything.  There have been times when I don't understand every aspect of a claim and Mark is very patient  in explaining everything in Layman's terms.  After going through Financial Peace University with my husband and seeing that all the best insurance plans were already in use with our family thanks to Mark, we knew we were in good hands.  Dave Ramsay mentions how some agents will try to make a little extra money by trying to guide their clients to getting certain policies, we just felt so secure knowing that Mark has always looked out for our best interest.  Would recommend Mark to anyone looking for a great insurance agent!
