Mike Taylor and the ladies that work at his office are all awesome!  We were hit with the hailstorm this past summer that destroyed the entire neighborhood.  We needed roof, paint, windows, and both our cars were 'totaled'.  We had no idea how the claim process worked and worried about getting taken advantage of.  

Mike and his team walked us through the entire process.  They always answered the phone and took the time to listen to our concerns.  In the end, Mike and Farmers made sure our house got put back together.  Many neighbors with "discount" insurance companies have been caught unaware and unprepared.

I highly recommend Mike and his team.  Give him a chance to earn your business - he won't disappoint.

Actually would give him a zero if I could.  Mr. Tayler made a huge mistake and could cost our company $30,000.  

We looked at changing our company Workmen's Compensation and Liability Insurance.  We met with several companies including Mr. Taylor.  We provided everyone our current billings and payroll and asked everyone to provide quotes on those numbers adding 20 percent.

Mr. Taylor returned a couple of days later to pick up some additional information about our coverages, and picked up another document which he was informed was out of date as far as our billings and payroll, but did provide the proper coverage information.

Mr. Taylor submitted bids for our Workmen's Comp and our Liability Insurance needs.  While he was not the lowest bid, we decided to use his company for our Liability Carrier. 

Several years later, we were audited.  During the audit it was discovered that Mr. Taylor had used the wrong numbers to quote our policy.  We checked the original quote and could not find the numbers upon which the quote was based on the Liability Quote (it was however, on the Workmen's Comp quote).  

Mr. Taylor denied having the correct numbers when the matter was investigated, even though the Workmen's Comp quote provided at the same time clearly indicated the numbers we had given him previously.

As result of his mistake, we are now potentially liable for an additional $30,000 in expenses which could bankrupt our company and cost us all our livelihood.  He knows he made a huge mistake, and yet he still denies it.

Never do business with this huckster.  He cannot be trusted and he will end up costing you big time in the long run.

Mikeal and his team went out of their way to get to know us and assure us we had the right coverage - not too little nor too much. Always know I can call them anytime about anything. Never had that level of service before from any other agent or agency. Highly recommend!

Mike and his entire staff, especially commercial specialist Fara Schnurr, provided the highest quality service and support when I recently brought them an existing commercial policy for comparison and quote. Fara reviewed the requirements of our HOA's covenants, showed us where coverage was lacking in several areas; then she and Mike worked to develop a policy specifically tailored to the covenant requirements, AND within our small budget. Wow! Great service, so much different than we had experienced with another company.

Mike Taylor and his team are easy to talk to, hard working, and great at what they do! I don't like buying insurance because I don't like thinking that things can go wrong. Well they can and I find that Mike made this necessary process very easy to navigate. I recommend the Mikeal Taylor Insurance agency to anyone who needs to find the best policy for good rates.
