Long time client changing over to another insurance company. These guys nickel and dime you to death and aren't looking out for the client, one would hope they would try to find the best cheapest deal for you but all they care about is lining their pocket. Constant BS charges for some Colorado theft thing $95 three months in a row every year on each auto policy, you make a change to one policy or even add then you get policy change charges...If I could give them a negative I would

I have been with Tom for over 12 years and I have never had a single complaint. My previous insurance agent was a family friend with Farmers Insurance, but a good friend recommended that I talk to Tom instead - I have never doubted my decision to switch companies and do business with Tom Harbert. Both him and his staff are absolutely amazing - friendly, efficient, accessible, and always able to help with any issue that comes up. To this day, I continue to refer all of my friends and family to Tom with the utmost confidence.

Rude and very unethical business practice do not recommend. Forget about state farm go to geico. Had nothing but issues with state farm. All the agents talk to each other about their clients. If you have a bad experience with one you'll have a bad experience with all of them. This guy told.me because I was not a client with him he had better things to do than deal with the likes of me. Had a bad experience with Aileen wanted to transfer to another agent as recommended by the corporate office. Called the office to see if information transferred over got a run around. Was disrespectful to my wife and was very rude. Don't waste your time inquirimg. Go to another insurance provider,
