Scott Spedden is a guy who gets it. I was able to save almost 500 dollars annually from my previous policies covering my home, autos, and rental property. I was even able to add an umbrella policy I did not have previously and still get those savings. Scott is knowledgable, and helpful without being pushy. He will help you find the best policy to fit your needs.

Very disappointed, when I had such high hopes. They gave me a great quote, however it got higher when we went over a few things-- but it was still the cheapest I could find. They gave me 2 options- Home, Auto and umbrella & home and umbrella. I could tell the agent I was dealing was fairly new, lacking experience. He did find out most of my questions, but just could not answer all of them. I picked the Home & umbrella policy. The setup went well and I made payment for the home before I closed on my new home. After settlement on my home, they called for payment for the umbrella policy. I give it to them and all seems to be good until I get a call back the next day when they state that a policy has changed and they can not give me the umbrella unless I bring over my car insurance as well. If I don't take the umbrella, then my home owners will increase to a ridiculous amount because there is no more multi-line deductions. I could not understand how they can give you a quote (multiple ones), take payment and then later on state that I couldn't get this price unless I brought over more to the company. I no longer wanted to chat with this agent's employee; I wanted to talk to the agent. They were supposed to call me back that same day. I called the next day but the agent was not in the office yet. He said he would call me back that day, which was now Friday. I called again on Monday... still not there. At this point, it was time to go elsewhere. I am a Real Estate agent, and will never refer any of my clients to this agent or insurance.

Scott Spedden and I met in 2015. He has always been very responsive with quotes, answers to questions etc. If you are looking for a true professional who has your best interest at heart, Scott is your guy! Very nice to have Scott as a great resource also!!
