This was probably one of the worst experiences at an Indian restaurant. Me and my friend went for the lunch buffet. When we arrived the place was completely empty. As far as cleanliness and ambiance goes it's all fine and good; however, the food was probably the worst experience I've ever had at an Indian restaurant. The buffet looked like they just heated up leftovers from the day before. The curries were all watered down and everything was bland with no flavor at all. The cleanliness and friendly staff was the only good quality of this restaurant. The food was absolutely not worth it at all. 100% would NOT recommend. There are many other Indian restaurants in the Richmond area that provide better food and service. I will not be returning.

Great local family-run restaurant. Have been going here for years. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, extremely friendly, and if you want something that’s not on the menu, just ask! A Carytown staple.

The food was delicious and the service was SUPER DUPER friendly it was a bit pricey in my opinion but it was very filling.

Great food and friendly service. Only thing I would change is to have Indian music playing in the background.

Boy this place is going downhill. Used to be a staple of ours for takeout enroute home from work to southside. Never thought of it as high end but it used to be priced just right for comfort food. Last night's takeout cost as much as Lemon or House of India (southside) but ugh. My vindaloo had six small shrimp and had the consistency of ketchup soup. Chicken korma equally disappointing. The kabobs were fine, but nothing we need to repeat at those prices. Sad to say after 15 years not likely to come back.
