I give this location 5 stars. They participate in the " bookit" program. My daughter is able to earn a free pizza a month for logging her reading. She like to play the claw machine while she waits. Last time she lost, the very nice girl working gave her her personal stuffed animal. It was very nice. I haven't been a fan of pizza Hut in the past. Now that I have been to this one, I like it again. Very good veggie thin crust too!

We stopped in at 1145 on a Friday for the lunch buffet and stayed about half an hour. When there was food, it was very good! But they were out of pizza and pasta on the bars more than not. Service was horrible.

Ordered 30 pizzas on a Monday for lunch delivery on FRIDAY at Noon! First the lady that answered the phone had horrible phone manners. then she took my order took about 20 minutes to write down an order for 5 cheese, 5 supreme, 10 pepperoni, and 10 meat lovers. All large, all hand tossed to keep it simple.  THEN she put someone else on the phone and he tried confirming the order which of course she had entered wrong and we had to go over it again.  Thursday, having a bad feeling about it, my supervisor called to confirm the pizza would be ready. We had 75 employees counting on this for lunch!  Confirmation was sketchy. The girl that answered didn't know about the order, said "I guess" when asked if it would be here and on time. Finally someone confirmed the order.  Friday at 12:05 we called to see if it was on the way. The lady that answered didn't know anything about the order, put us on hold, then said yeah it's on the cutting table.  My supervisor being irritated that it's not on the way and already late asked when it could be expected b/c saying it's on the cutting table didn't tell him anything, so the lady HUNG UP ON HIM!  He called back and spoke with someone else who simply confirmed it's on the cutting table and would be here by 12:30!  Half hour late. Our company meeting started at 12:30 so now our guys get to eat while in a meeting.  On the upside the delivery driver was nice and they did get here at 12:30.

For chain pizza, the supreme was pretty good if you order extra sauce. I picked it up on a Friday night that was pretty busy and it was right on time. Both ladies who helped me were very friendly and helpful. Store definitely needs remodeling. That's my only complaint.
