I lived there for 5 years. The community is clean. The neighbors are hard-working, decent people. The managememt fixes things promptly

Chris Baylor is a great example of why society takes a step back in relations! And I will also agree with Mrs Cantu, the park is majority minority owners, and has ALWAYS been clean and quiet and extremely safe, dispelling negative stereotypes of minority communities anywhere! I would be proud to live there, but I would have the same process poor miss baylor had, just saying

I love living here at Farragut park i have lived here since 5 years ago!!! Every manager this community has picked as great way of selecting .... but, I will say Lori is a blessing to our community not only does she love all the kids here but is always will to go above and beyond for all her residents !!! This lady i seen her heart n soul being put in ... so much one of our residents recently lost her dog, lori got online and was searching to select the perfect match !! I PERSONALLY saw her online asking about a couple of match for (m) She went out of her way to meet a couple n select the perfect match!!! She not only is a great person but, many have connected and bonded with !! I KNOW I PLENTY of times ask for fax something or email important papers and has always , help me and many others she has sat down with my son and help them print out pictures and information for their homework assignments. I could go on n on our community is amazing !!! I could not express how great and enjoyable it is to live here!!! Great schools great neighbors great all around Jr the maintance man is also great such a hard working man!! Lori n jr are a blessing here!!! Come down n look for your eyes , ask around in our community instead of reading reviews !!!! See how great it is run by Lori Neil and Junior......

Housing discrimination at it's best. Even experienced military Veterans can now and then have the wool pulled over their eyes. Thanks Lori Neal for making us feel subhuman. How it usually occurs and exactly what we experienced. We were made to feel comfortable with submitting an application, but never knew we would be wasting our time, money and credit score. Then in the end, be told something like, "oh, it's not available anymore" through a Facebook comment by some mysterious No! Communities 3rd party. Luckily I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, and refrained from posting a rating before we knew we'd get taken advantage of. People who specialize in subterfuge are integrity criminals, stomping on your morals at every chance they can get. Delayed our application by keeping it in limbo, so more desirable residents could take our place. Nice, who would of thought? Should have kept my guard up. We were told it was a "first come, first serve approach". That was a lie. But it was something we surely thought she believed in. However her tune changed in a heart beat to Nasty Neal. But it should have been obvious, especially after trying to bring in my own evidence in to help the process along. She wouldn't even accept it or try. Had to call the regional manager myself. What customer does that?? Still in limbo, we haven't even received a courtesy call, reply to a call, or email in regards to our application status. Very unprofessional and immature. Should have known. Because it was also annoying how we kept hearing the word "if". As if we were already in a predisposition with the property manager before we even applied. Spotless credit, DMV, background check, clean family, good income and all. Doesn't matter. Racism is like cancer. It's hard to get rid of. Truly sad.
