Fascial Conditioning evolved from my Pilates practice working with individuals recovering from traumatic accidents and from my own journey of respiratory challenges, recovery from major abdominal surgery, and multiple vehicle accidents. This technique bridges the various stages of strengthening that prevents a full recovery. The base root of this is strength of the diaphragm. With this awareness we then look to our range of motion and how has the fascial web by which we function from since birth has evolved.
