i havent got my nails done here in awhile.  But, I still went to get my eyebrows done here because they do a great job... Until today. After getting my eyebrows done, i went to the car and felt that my eyes were still kind of heavy. there was wax all over my face still and when i look over to my other eyebrow it was bleeding. Never going back.

Worst experience ever! I never post reviews but I’m done with nail salons over charging for Sh*tty jobs leaving customers unhappy!!!
I sat at chair 1 to get a full set and it was very disappointing. All of my nails were different shapes and sizes. And there was acrylic left underneath the nails. The paint job was also super horrible and I honestly think it’s because he couldn’t see correctly. I ended up paying 44$ for my nails. just so one week later (8 days) 4 of my nails pop off and ended up with an infection in my nail bed. I went back three days after I got my nails done and showed them my infection in my nail bed and they told me that my doctor lied to me and that it wasn’t an infection. I really would like to go back and get my money back but they’re stubborn a**holes and it’s a waste of my time.

I left with nails that looked like a 5 year old do them. He did not even complete my full set before moving me over to the drying section so he could put another client into my seat. I had to remind him to do a second coat on my glitter nail. He did my clear coat after he moved me to the drying area and actually brushed my nails into his arm and just tried to push the polish around to make it look okay before going back to his other client. I asked him to do a simple thin line on my ring finger and he ended up doing an arch type design on my nail that isn’t even clean or attractive looking. I tried to show him a picture so he could see what I wanted and he glanced at it and then did his own thing. I would give them a 0 Star if I could.

Prices are ok, but they destroyed my nails- they use the tools too much, and the pedicure tub is not cleaned properly  They are too rough, they do not pay attention and the dremel is used so hard they destroy your nails and cuticles- and it’s multiple people with this problem . 
I’ve tried it on 3 separate occasions. The first guy was good (sat at the back) with the acrylic nails, but very rough. Came back a second time- given another guy. He didn’t even take all the nail polish off- just sanded (most of) it away and put the acrylic over top of some remnants of polish. There was so much Acrilic under my nails that dropped over that he didn’t clean up- and my fill started lifting 3 days after I went. The polish was put on so thick it bubbled and looked gross. 
Third time, decided to try one of the girls and a pedicure with my fill. She sanded my natural nails SO MUCH. My fingers still burn. She also took an electric file to my cuticles. The tub is barely cleaned for the pedicures (squirt some hand sanitizer on a sponge and wiped). Everything is electric. She took an electric file to my toes, calluses and (again) my cuticles. Because of how much electric sanding and “sculpting” that is used , I wouldn’t even trust my nails there for a basic manicure.
It honestly seems like ther are more about quantity ($$$&$) than quality 
If you’re in the area looking for a nail salon- I’d pick the ones in Coventry mall down the road aways, over this one.

Don’t waste your time or money going there! I went to get a refill and the lady literally rushed to do them, how I go to get a refill and leave looking like I need a refill already. Plus the paint was put on sloppy! And my cuticles hurt they kept slicing them with their tools
